We only offer one ready-made tour: 'The History of Chelsea'; a one and a half hours walking tour with Sarah where you learn about why it was favoured by Royals, Chelsea's American connections and the wonderful properties of Chelsea; as well as plants, punks, modern architecture squabbles and more. 

The rest of our services are bespoke, and during an initial email exchange, we gather more information to help us understand your interests, budgets and preferred destinations and events. Based on our discussion, we will suggest a proposed tour, experience or itinerary by email. Following from your feedback, we are happy to alter your tour, experience or itinerary. This is a collaborative process but we take out the stress and provide local insight and knowledge. 

Once you are happy, we will finalise the budget and secure all bookings and logistics. We are London based and our team offers support when you are in the UK. Our tours and itineraries are unique because we are Londoners using our own lived experience in creating tours that are authentic and marvellous, as well as using our extensive network of partners across the UK.

Tours and experiences can range from 1-2 hours, or for a full day. Sarah leads tours in London specialising in history, culture, food and art. Ari hosts afternoon tea with a specialism in the London property market. For those wanting behind the scenes, exclusive unique experiences, we partner with our trusted guides who have extensive experience and knowledge and can deliver extraordinary tours and experiences. 

Pollen & Reid can also create bespoke itineraries for you from as soon as you jet in to the UK to when you depart to ensure your stay is magical, marvellous and relaxing. We know the best places to stay in London whether it be hotels or fabulous home from homes, the best places to get a suit made in Saville Row or a hat in our favourite milliners shop before you attend some fabulous events that we suggest. We can book the best places for you to dine at: informal and joyous or a Michelin marvel. Whether you are a solo traveller, couple, family or large group - we have plenty of ideas that could keep people from all ages and backgrounds riveted and entertained.
